Summary Responsible for planning, developing, managing and implementing innovative software projects andproducts.
Interfaces with Corporate, Operations and technical teams to develop and achieve projectobjectives and resolve issues promptly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Contribute to the strategic plans for the InSite productsBe an active participant in product brainstorming meetings with engineering, sales,marketing and other business ownersParticipate in the development of the project proposal to ensure the scope of work isproperly defined and that the project team has a clear understanding of objectivesHelp identify project / product dependenciesHelp the team to develop milestones and timelinesHold team members responsible for commitmentsProactively identify and communicate to the project stakeholders when timelines andcommitments changeProvide clear and regular communication to key stakeholders such as sales, marketing andbusiness owners about the project progress, budget, and changes to scopeRecommend new processes as needed to improve quality, cost, or on-time deliveryEstablish and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders on each project;continually seek to capitalize on opportunities to increase customer satisfactionHelp manage outside contractors activities and code qualityDevelop APIs that will be used by website and mobile applicationsUse the Agile development methodologyWork with designers / front end engineers to make the applications workSupports sales / marketing / operations as neededTravel may be required Other Qualifications Must have extensive experience programming with ASP.

Must have experience maintaining and configuring IIS web servers, including but not limited to SSL Configuration, web site port configuration, application pooling, windows based authentication, ASP.
NET registration, machine file configuration, W3SVC logging, and web application deployment preferred.
Must have a strong understanding of Object Oriented Methodologies.
Working understanding of Lamba expressions, LINQ, Transactions, WCF & Anonymous methods.
Experience with CSS, HTML5 and Javascript.
Experience with Jenkins, database performance tuning, IIS performance tuning is a plus.
